USE:
Compact three-function device for drying and exposing screen printing frames. This device can be used in place of standard press, halogen lamp, dryer combinations. It differs from the TRT-N-C model in that the pneumatic system opens the press automatically instead of manually. 
 
 
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
Sturdy painted steel structure.
Consisting in a dryer with drawers located in the bottom part of the machine; a pneumatic press, which OPENS AUTOMATICALLY with a swinging movement by means of pneumatic pistons, in the central part; and a frame to support the halogen lamp located in the upper part.
Dryer with 3 drawers sliding on bearings to dry photosensitive emulsion before exposure.
Independent fan-driven hot air operation, with digital thermostat that can be adjusted from the control panel.
The machine’s electrical system, the generator for the lamp, the suction pump for the pneumatic press and the control panel are housed in an inspectable drawer located underneath the press.
The control panel consists in a 29-channel digital computer that can control and store exposure times, vacuum times and the drying kiln temperature. 
Control of pressure drop inside the press with a vacuum meter installed on the control panel.
Exposure compensating light with photocell to ensure maximum engraving fidelity for the entire life of the lamp.
Fitted with a cooling system to prevent overheating of electrical components.
