USE:
The suction pump is used in various stages of the screen printing frame production process, namely after the processing and washing stage to eliminate excess water from the frames and after application of the chemical hardener to free the fabric meshes in the vicinity of the decoration before the screen printing frames are placed in the polymerising unit.
It is used to free the fabric meshes even if protective paint is applied over the entire surface of the frame; likewise when the paint is applied in subsequent stages a number of times in order to add thickness to the screen.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
Motor with side channel rotor.
Central body complete with side door for extraction of the plastic container used to collect sucked up material.
Sucking blade (24 cm supplied as standard) fixed on the central body of the suction pump.
A suction pump version is available with a special fitting to enable two different blades to be installed, which can thus be used for both frames and cylinders.
This type of suction pump does not require oil lubrication, which makes it unnecessary to carry out any regular maintenance work such as topping up with oil.
The noise level of the pump has been reduced by the use of a special silencer fitted on the air outlet pipe.
The standard version of the suction pump is turned on by a pushbutton. A version is available with automatic switch-on controlled by a photocell.
ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY:
400 V 50 Hz.
VERSIONS AVAILABLE:
CP = version with pushbutton control.
CF = version with photocell control.
