USE:
Made of a solid electro-welded steel frame on which cylinder rotation systems are placed, together with the optic unit and relative translation system and Laser source. The machines are equipped with motorised tailstocks to rapidly block the cylinders and different adaptors for all type of sizes that can be engraved. A high performance pc equipped with keyboard and mouse is also installed on the machine to allow performing all handling and engraving operations.

DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
CO2 Laser Source, sealed.
Suction head to remove engraving residuals, ashes and fumes and ensure the perfect adherence of the cylinder during the engraving phase; essential for all types of flexible and rigid cylinders.
Electrical panel inside the machine.
Control console consisting of a PC with PENTIUM processor and LINUX operative system, keyboard, mouse or touch-screen (15" monitor) placed on the front of the machine.
Machine control electronics to control axes based on DSP calculation unit and a DVa electronics to synchronise and modulate the laser impulse.
Easy to use user interface software.
Creation of customised engraving profiles.
Laser capacity setting.
Creation of printing halftone with angles and density preset by means of a dedicated RIP.
Profile database management.
OPTIONAL: the new FLOATING HEAD provided can be mounted on the new THUNDERBOLT MULTIPOWER laser engraver.

EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
Filter Lubrication Unit for compressed air connection to remove humidity and lubricating oil traces contained inside the compressed air.
155 m³/h side channel rotor to remove engraving residuals.
Chiller to cool and maintain constant the temperature of water circulating inside the LASER source.
