COLORDROP LARGE
USE:
Colodrop systems are sized depending on the specific requirements of the customer, in terms of dimensions and productivity. COLORDROP LARGE is the TOP version of the range and meets the production requirements of screen printing paste between 3 and 12 tons a day, with a preparation time lower than 5 minutes per 100 kg. It distinguishes for the product storage at high altitude, the use of a 2-axis chromatic head with dosing proportional valves and handling automatic systems, labelling and manufactured colour mixing bucket.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
16 colouring oxides in tanks from 500 to 1000 litres (2.4 density).
4 neutral bases in 2000 litres tanks (2.2 density).
2 additives in 1000 litres tanks.
Colour homogenization circuits, bases and additives.
Stainless Steel, IP67 Electronic scale of 150Kg/0.2g or 300Kg/0.5g.
Dosing head with 24 proportional valves, which can be expanded to 32, with final wash.
