By means of the photoceramic printing it is possible to realize personalized decorations with any type of image and on any type of material, by fixing it permanently and unaltered over time. This innovative printing system with ceramic pigments directly on decalco paper, avoids all the intermediate work phases and determines a quality contribution of the final product quality, which image stability will be granted over time. The decorated product (ceramic-made, or porcelain, metal, glassy material) remains unaltered through the years: the natural weathering agents, sun (U.V.A. rays), acids (such as muriatic and citric acid) do not induce any deterioration of the final product. The firing is made through third-firing process, which kiln’s temperatures and firing curves vary according to the materials of each work (for instance: for ceramic, porcelain, and porcelain stoneware, the temperature reaches 850°C).
