AUTOCLAVE FOR LABORATORY
USE:
Autoclave is a mandatory test equipment in any ceramic factory.
It is for determine the microscopic fractures inside the glazed tile.
This is fundamental to avoid claim on produced tile.
The test is done on glazed tiles painted on surface by a reacting color.
Our equipment L4/E can carry steam pressure cycles programmed from 0 to 10 bars.
To remove all air inside porous products it can make VACUM CYCLE at start up before steam treatment starts.
The Autoclave L4/E is equipped with external cooling pipes to cool the temperature in short .
This permit to cut the steam strong evaporation at cover opening.
