USE:
The equipment allows a rapid and accurate tensioning of rotating screen printing cylinders.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
Usable volumes: Max diameter 550 mm and max length 930 mm.
The TC8 screen tensioner can produce all screen printing cylinders currently on the market, equipped with flanges without spacers (ribs), with a max diameter of 550 mm and a max length of 930 mm.
Sturdy painted steel structure.
Fully pneumatic operation with pedal control.
Ease of use.
The standard machine can be equipped with special accessories for tensioning cylinders of several dimensions and features.
The connection to the compressed air circuit with 6/8 bar pressure must be set.
RECOMMENDED SPARE PARTS:
Steel cables equipped with knobs for blocking the fabric on tensioning discs.
