USE:
This equipment has been designed and manufactured to emulsify the rotating screen printing cylinders with the maximum care possible, guaranteeing always a perfect laying and a constant thickness of the applied emulsion. The machine is equipped with control systems of the several functions to be adapted to the different production requirements.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
Aluminium structure with varnished steel panels.
Control panel with PLC.
Compressed air: 6/8 Bar.
RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES:
Thickness gauges for emulsion thickness check.
RECOMMENDED SPARE PARTS:
Emulsion spreading trays made of special aluminum profile equipped with relative sideboards.
5 cm manual tray for finishing.
Pedestal for finishing or any manual emulsion.
