USE:
This equipment has been designed and manufactured for photo-exposing the screen printing cylinders to U.V. light.
The machine is equipped with a laser centring system, which allows positioning the film directly on the cylinder with excellent accuracy, before photographic exposure.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
Usable volumes: Max diameter 550 mm and max length 930 mm.
The FPC8 photoexposer can produce all screen printing cylinders currently on the market, equipped with flanges without fix spacers (ribs), with a max diameter of 550 mm and a max length of 930mm.
Sturdy painted steel structure.
4000 w long bulb special halogen system with automatic compensating light.
High precision centring Laser Device.
Control panel installed on board the machine to program different functions.
UV ray protection guard.
The cylinder size changeover occurs automatically and by means of a practical control panel.
