USE:
Automatic machine for the processing and washing of the screen printing cylinders.
An automatic machine screen printing cylinders is essential for all screen printing laboratories, wanting to ensure perfect screen opening during the washing process, thereby guaranteeing optimum product quality.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
Fully made of AISI 304 stainless steel, finely satinated, with 150 l capacity recycling tank.
Front opening door.
Practical rocker cylinder-holder ramp made of stainless steel, activated by automatic piston, allows loading and unloading the cylinders horizontally.
Blade nozzles opposed to develop internally and externally the cylinder, rotating them.
The water pressure can be adjusted for the spraying nozzles.
Washing cycle with internal recycling system, with in-built filter, for considerable water saving.
Cylinder rinse at the end of the cycle with clean water detection from the water system.
Centrifugal pump with Vitton Widia seal on board the machine.
Electric control board on the machine, which functions can be adjusted.
Productive capacity for each washing cycle of 2 cylinders.
