USE:
ASSOPRINT has designed and patented an interesting system for the preparation of screen printing cylinders with mobile spacers and direct method: the DUAL RING system. The system consists of applying a pair of flexible but crush-proof plastic rings on the appropriate discs (casting) and subsequently preparing the screen printing cylinder with direct method. The cylinder separated by the discs is like a flexible pipe, extremely flexible, which allows an easy storage or shipment, by means of appropriate containers (SEE BOXES FOR ARCHIVES). Using the same equipment (DUAL RING ASSEMBLER), replace the discs (casting) inside the rings (DUAL RING) and reassemble the screen printing cylinder. Both assembling and disassembling operations are extremely rapid, as the fabric does not require additional cuts or gluing. This ensures maintaining the technical features determined when the screen printing cylinder was prepared. An example of system operation is represented by the photographic sequence below.
