USE:
High viscosity (SB1 PLUS) or medium viscosity (SB2 PLUS) clear two-component polyurethane adhesives for gluing all types of fabrics on aluminium, steel, wood, iron and plasticised iron screen printing frames. The quick initial adhesion allows you to remove the screen from the stretching system only a few minutes after application.

Saatichem Ultrafix SB1 Plus
Is a high viscosity clear adhesive for gluing all types of fabrics.
Mix 100 parts of Ultrafix SB1 Plus with 20 parts of Catalyst by weight and add a sufficient amount of thinner to achieve the right application viscosity depending on the amount of fabric meshes to be glued. Use this mixture within 60-90 minutes.
Saatichem Ultrafix SB2 Plus
Is a low viscosity adhesive for fabrics with a medium-high amount of meshes.
Mix 100 parts of Ultrafix SB2 Plus with 20 parts of Catalyst by weight. The mixture is ready for use and suitable to glue fabrics from 55 meshes/cm on, without requiring adding thinner. Use this mixture within 60-90 minutes.
To obtain optimal adhesion, degrease the frame. Stretch the fabric over the frame providing good contact between the two. Apply the mixture with a brush. After the adhesive has dried and cured, release tension and remove the screen from the stretching system.
