USE:
Equipment used for processing screen printing frames in water after exposure under the UV ray halogen lamp.
MODEL VCL
The 2 side tanks soak the screen printing frames in water, leaving the main tank free.
To recover the frame, one of the 2 side tanks can be filled with a product recovery solution.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
Sturdy painted steel frame.
Acid-resistant electrowelded PVC tank with reinforced edges.
Lower PVC table for high-pressure pump, small items of equipment, cans, etc.
Complete with tap fittings and spray unit. Overflow device to be fitted onto outlet to keep water level in the tank constant and to enable screen printing frames to be immersed before processing with pressurised water. The bottom of the tank has a supporting grid for the frames.
The tank normally has a central light table to make it easier to check that the design is opened correctly during processing.
(Only CV and VCL models) Water replenishing system, consisting in a wheel-mounted PVC container underneath.

230 V 50 Hz (except for SV version).
