COLORDROP SMALL
USE:
COLORDROP SMALL is the version that meets daily production of screen printing pastes up to 2 tons, with a preparation time of approximately 10 minutes per 100 kg; it distinguishes for the use of one-axis automatic head with a multi-layer control dosing valve. The handling system is semi-automatic, whilst labelling and mixing systems are manual.
Based on the use of PROPORTIONAL VALVES and an efficient inspection program, the high precision dosing system allows to perform also laboratory tests on the production tintometer. If the logistics allow, great advantages can come from the preparation of minimum amount of colour (from 200 g to 30 Kg) for the laboratory, using the same raw materials with which the production doses will be performed, ensuring the maximum reproducibility of the preliminary studies.

4 neutral bases in 250 litres tanks (2.2 density).
