COLORDROP MEDIUM
USE:
COLORDROP MEDIUM is the version that meets production screen printing paste requirements between 2 and 5 tons a day, with a preparation time of approximately 5/6 minutes per 100 Kg. This system distinguishes for the product storage on the ground, an automatic dosing head with multi-stage valves and manual and semi-automatic handling systems, labelling and manufactured colour bucket.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
16 colouring oxides in tanks from 150 to 250 litres (2.4 density).
4 neutral bases in 600 litres tanks (2.2 density).
2 additives directly drawn by original cubes.
Colour homogenization circuits, bases and additives.
IP67, stainless steel Electronic scale of 60Kg/0.2g 150Kg/0.2g.
Dosing head with 24 valves, which can be expanded to 32.
