USE:
Is the project that Assoprint has dedicated to the instrumental formulation. The program can be adapted to any type of spectrophotometer and connected to local personal computer networks; it is also provided with the connection to industrial and laboratory dosing systems of the most important manufacturers.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
MANAGEMENT OF ARCHIVES
Stores the samples depending of the type of product, technique, application, base and customers.
Stores the pigments depending on the type of application required (screen printing, glaze, mixture, etc.).
Stores the laboratory and production recipes with the chance to modify them, according to the type of applicator, for example transforming the calculated recipes with data screen prepared into those with Rotocolor.
Stores the laboratory and production recipes, with the chance to store an historical recipe where the bases have for example 100 or more pigments and recalculate it at 100% between base and pigments.
Stores the archived data, which can be printed/displayed depending on the different parameters, managed in different database for different customers and exported on magnetic supports to be used in other systems.
COLORIMETRIC DATA
Quality inspection, with the chance to verify the samples based on tolerance blocks developed experimentally with leading companies, which optimise the instrumental control with the human eye.
Sample colorimetric data, with the chance of displaying and printing Lab and LCH values.
Reference/Imitation confrontation, with the chance of verifying the examined samples with different formulas (CIE Lab / CMC I.c / uniLab / An Lab / Hunter Lab / CIE 1964 / CIE Luv / Scofield / Reilly C.R. / FMC II / Cie2000, etc.), under a colour and Metamerism point of view. Moreover, for white samples there is the chance to verify the relative index according to Ganz, Stensby, Berger, Taube, Hunter, ASTM, CIE and their ASTM, DIN yellowing degree.
FORMULATION
Multiple Formulation: with the chance to obtain several combinations for the imitation of a sample within the AE limits, metamerism and price previously configured, using a group of pigments selected by the user, which can contain recovers.
Imitation fro Historical Sample: with the chance of searching the closest colour in the archive and, if it exists, correcting the relative recipe, either of production or laboratory.
Paste Recovery: with the chance of reusing the recovers gathered by tones or kept separated. Also the darkest recovers of the sample to be imitated can be corrected, using the relative dilution calculation and storing any test series, to obtain the desired colour and have the final recipe at the end of the adjustment.
CORRECTION
Allows correcting laboratory and production recipes in many ways, depending on the type of calculation used when formulating and the maximum correction percentage that can be used in the calculation.
PERFORMANCE CONTROL
Allows calculating the colour performance and the pigment price performance, according to the supplier, applicator, base, etc.
CONNECTION WITH DOSING SYSTEMS
Allows sending the products to be dosed both automatically and manually, directly to the Personal Computers that control the dosing units, with the relative quantity and store the quantities effectively weighed.
