USE:
Photosensitive emulsion for preparation of screens for flat and rotary printing in the ceramic sector on single, double and triple fired tiles and porcelain stoneware. It must be sensitised with Diazo D41.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
After having been catalysed, it provides excellent resistance to abrasion and to the chemical products used in ceramic printing.
To be used in conditions with yellow light, screened light or low-power tungsten lamp. Do not expose to direct sunlight, to quartz/halogen lamps or white light fluorescent lamps.
The new fabric must be thoroughly degreased and roughened with Saatichem Direct Prep 1 (abrasive paste) so that the stencil adheres better. Dry the frame and keep it in a dry, dust-free place until emulsifying. When the fabric is reused, use Saatichem Direct Prep 2 (degreaser).
