USE:
Equipment that allows fabric to be fitted onto the screen printing frame. Several frames can be tensioned at the same time depending on the format. All movements are manual.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
One of the main characteristics is the modularity of this design, allowing the work surface to be lengthened.
Robust painted steel structure; guarantees perfect fitting of fabric and uniform tension on the screen printing frame; easy to manoeuvre; extremely low maintenance costs; completely manual version with longitudinal (warp), transversal (weft) and vertical (frame support table) tensioning movements controlled by hand wheels.
The TEM screen tensioner is also available in a completely motorised version with built-in control panel (see model TEC).
Equipped with manual closing grippers; complete with fabric pressing bars and accessories (rail system available on demand).
To increase production capacity, one or more complementary modules can be positioned together between the front and back parts, which are supplied with supplementary transmission shafts. This operation allows the tensioner to be lengthened by 150 cm for each extra module. The front part includes the fabric roller and side grippers. The back part includes the control panel, side grippers, head and reducers for complete movement.
