USE:
Equipment that allows fabric to be fitted onto the screen printing frame. Several frames can be tensioned at the same time depending on the format. All movements are motorised.
The model is suited for medium-high production levels.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
One of the main characteristics is the modularity of this design, allowing the work surface to be lengthened. Robust painted steel structure which guarantees perfect fitting of fabric and uniform tension on the screen printing frame.Easy to manoeuvre.Extremely low maintenance costs.Motorised longitudinal (warp), transversal (weft) and vertical (frame support table) tensioning movements. Equipped with manual closing grippers and complete with fabric pressing bars and accessories.The rail system is available on demand. To increase production capacity, one or more complementary modules can be positioned together between the front and back parts, which are supplied with supplementary transmission shafts. This operation allows the tensioner to be lengthened by 150 cm for each extra module. The front part includes the fabric roller and side grippers. The back part includes the control panel, side grippers, head and gearmotors for complete movement.
