USE:
Saatilene HIBOND plus is a high-tension and low stretching monofilament polyester screen printing fabric with patented surface treatment. The unique Saati cSurface treatment provides greater productivity in terms of printing and lower costs.
The research conducted by SAATI on mesh surface modifications lead to the selection of optimised gaseous environments to be used vacuum-packed to manufacture this fabric.
Saati's vacuum-packed plasma treatment is a LONG-LASTING treatment. The degree of surface modification obtained by HiBONDplus could not be repeated any other way.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
No preliminary degreasing treatment before processing the stencil.
Ideal adherence of stencil with ensuing minor breakage on the press and much longer stretches than other conventional fabrics treated.
In particular cases, shorter exposure times are encountered due to a finer detail without ruining durability of the stencil (half-coloured, fine sections, etc.).
Safe exposure to all types of emulsions, fotopolimeric, double polymerisation, diazo and capillary films.
Excellent performance on blank fabrics.
Excellent for use with abrasive printing conditions, pastes and inks.
Helps reducing ghost imaging.
