USE:
Blue emulsion with triple hardening system, can be catalysed, made to prepare screens for flat and rotary ceramic printing with water and solvent-based ceramic inks. Can be catalysed with Saatichem Fixer 6, 9 or 10 to obtain an excellent water and abrasion resistant stencil.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
Can be recovered before using the catalyst.
It can be sensitised with Diazo 31 and Diazo 51.
If sensitised with Diazo 31, it has far greater reactivity than Ceramic HT1 (approximately half the exposure time). Should a slower exposure time be required (approximately 20%) diazo 51 can be used.
Pour the whole bottle of Diazo into the emulsion and mix it thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous blend. Keep the sensitised emulsion in a cool and dry place and use it within a month for best results.
If you wish to reduce the viscosity of the emulsion for applications on especially fine fabrics, increase the amount of water by double at most.
