USE:
Diazo-photopolymer emulsion with 50% solid content for the production of thick screens used to print directly on ceramic tiles.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
The solid content and elevated viscosity facilitate production of stencils 300 micron thick, with a simple multi-coat wet on wet application.
Quick exposure.
Resistant to slightly aggressive solvent-based and water-based inks.
Apply one or two consecutive coats on the printing side of the frame with an emulsifying squeegee followed by one or two coats on the squeegee side. Apply more coats on the squeegee side before drying to further thicken the stencil.
