USE:
Pure photopolymer emulsion with 50% solid content for the production of thick screens used to print directly on ceramic tiles for special applications.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
Pure photopolymer emulsion with 50% solid content for production of thick stencils.
The solid content and elevated viscosity can produce stencils 300 micron thick, with a simple multi-coat wet on wet application. The application of further wet on dry coats can reach thicknesses up to 3000 microns.
Exposure times 10 times quicker than diazo and diazo-photopolymer emulsions.
Resistant to slightly aggressive solvent-based inks and to high levels of humidity, water resistance can be improved if submitted to post-exposure.
Excellent elasticity.
