USE:
Pure red photopolymer emulsion resistant to plastisol inks, abrasion and humidity for printing on fabrics.
Water resistant if it undergoes post-exposure and excellent printing definition with any type of fabric.
DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:
42% solid content.
Exposure times eight times quicker than diazo and diazo-photopolymer emulsions.
The emulsion is sensitised during production and requires no mixing.
Post-expose with direct light or UV light lamp to obtain a more water-resistant stencil.
Apply one or two consecutive coats on the printing side of the frame followed by one or two coats on the squeegee side. Apply more coats on the squeegee side before drying to further thicken the stencil. Apply one or two extra coats on the printing side of the board after the first two are dry to obtain a better quality stencil with a minimum emulsion thickness increase.
